Common use of LIFELINE FOUNDATION Clause in Contracts

LIFELINE FOUNDATION. 28.01 The Company and the Union agree to co-operate in encouraging employees with mental illness, alcohol, drug or personal problems to avail themselves of the assistance of “Lifeline”, and further the Company agrees to such membership in the Lifeline Foundation and to contribute financial support as described in Article 28.02.

LIFELINE FOUNDATION. 28.01 The Company company and the Union agree agrees to co-operate in encouraging employees with mental illness, alcohol, drug or personal problems to avail themselves of the assistance of “Lifeline”, and further further, the Company agrees to such membership in the Lifeline Foundation foundation and to contribute financial support as described in Article 28.02on the following basis: The company agrees to provide a one time lump sum payment of $300.00 to the Lifeline foundation.

LIFELINE FOUNDATION. 28.01 The Company and the Union agree to co-operate cooperate in encouraging employees with mental illness, alcohol, drug or personal problems to avail themselves of the assistance of “Lifeline”, and further the Company agrees to such membership in membershipin the Lifeline Foundation and to contribute financial support as described in Article 28.02.on the following basis: Company agrees to match the contribution of the Union Local towards Lifeline, up to a maximum amount of seven dollars per year, per
