Common use of Light, Air and View Clause in Contracts

Light, Air and View. If at any time any windows of the Premises are temporarily darkened or covered over by reason of any repair, maintenance or restoration work, or any of such windows are permanently darkened or covered over due to any applicable governmental law or requirement or there is otherwise a diminution of light, air or view by another structure which may hereinafter be erected (whether or not by Landlord), Landlord shall not be liable for any damages and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation or abatement of any Rent, nor shall the same release Tenant from its obligations hereunder or constitute an actual or constructive eviction.
