Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This Lease with any exhibits and riders attached hereto contains the entire agreement of the parties and no representations, inducements, promises or agreements not embodied herein shall be of any force or affect, unless the same are in writing and signed by or on behalf of the party to be charged. The captions of particular sections are inserted as a matter of convenience and in no way affect or define the scope or intent of this Lease or any provision thereof. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont.
Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This Lease, the exhibits and amendments or addendums, if any, attached hereto and forming a part hereof, set forth all the covenants, promises, agreements, conditions, provisions and understandings between Landlord and Tenant concerning the Leased Premises and there are no covenants, promises, agreements, conditions, provisions or understandings, either oral or written, between them other than are herein set forth. No alteration, amendment, change or addition to this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord or Tenant unless reduced to writing and signed by each party. This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Leased Premises are located.
Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This Lease and the Exhibits attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, set forth the entire agreement of Landlord and Tenant concerning the Premises, and there are no other agreements or understanding, oral or written, between Landlord and Tenant concerning the Premises. Any subsequent modification or amendment of this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord and Tenant only if reduced to writing and signed by them. This Lease shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. A. This Agreement, the documents referred to herein and the Attachments hereto, constitute the entire, full and complete agreement between Licensor, Developer and the Controlling Principals concerning the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all prior related agreements between Licensor, Developer and the Controlling Principals. Except for those permitted to be made unilaterally by Licensor hereunder, no amendment, change or variance from this Agreement shall be binding on either party unless mutually agreed to by the parties and executed by' their authorized officers or agents in writing.
Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modification or amendment of this agreement shall be valid unless evidenced in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. I HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN AND CERTIFY THAT I AM AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE OWNER OR OPERATOR OF THE VESSEL DESCRIBED ON ATTACHMENT A. I CERTIFY THAT THE INFORMATION ON ATTACHMENT A IS CORRECT AND AGREE THAT I AM AUTHORIZED TO OBLIGATE THE PERSON ON WHOSE BEHALF I EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT PERSONALLY FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND CHARGES INCURRED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This Award Agreement, along with the Participant’s Offer Letter, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes in their entirety all prior undertakings and agreements of the Company and the Participant with respect to the subject matter hereof. To the extent that this Award Agreement sets forth terms and conditions that are less beneficial to the Participant than the Offer Letter, the terms of the Offer Letter shall prevail. This Award Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and all disputes hereunder shall be governed by, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and no modification or amendment of any of its provisions shall be valid unless in writing and signed by all parties. This Agreement is personal in nature and may not be assigned by any of the Parties. Artist shall retain the right to assign monies due to the Artist under the terms of this Agreement. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Entire Agreement; Applicable Law. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be amended except in writing signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and may be enforced in any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
