Light Engines. Locomotive engineers operating light engines shall be compensated at rates of pay and under rules applicable to passenger service (on a speed basis of 20 miles per hour) except when light running is included in a passenger assignment or passenger day's work when rules applicable to passenger service - short turnaround passenger runs (no single trip of which exceeds 80 miles) - shall apply.
