Limit of Corporation’s Liability. The Corporation shall not be liable to the National Union or its Local by reason of the requirements of the Production and Maintenance Agreement or this Memorandum of Understanding for the remittance or payment of any sum other than that constituting actual deductions made from wages earned by employees or from Regular Supplemental Unemployment Benefits payable to employees.
