Limit on Frequency of Payment Requests. Unless otherwise agreed to by the FDC, Payment Requests shall be reviewed and approved once a month in accordance with the FDC’s normal monthly claims approval process. Provided a proper Payment Request is executed and delivered at least seven days prior to the FDC's regular monthly meeting, the FDC will consider the Payment Request at such regular monthly meeting.
