Common use of Limit on Number of Beneficial Owners Clause in Contracts

Limit on Number of Beneficial Owners. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Trust Agreement, at no time shall the number of Beneficial Owners exceed 1,999 Persons. Any transfer that results in a violation of the preceding sentence shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be null, void and of no effect whatsoever.
