LIMITATION IN VALUE. The call Orders have a statutory limitation in value, as promulgated by related Federal regulations. Once this limit on spending is reached, any further exercise of optional periods or expenditures is not authorized. Therefore, at that point, newly funded instances of labor, option periods, optional bundles, etc. will cease to be awarded or exercised. The estimated value of this BPA is described in terms of estimated quantities.
