Limitation Of Authority Of Partners. Except as specified in the Operating Agreement, no Partner shall have the authority to act for, or assume any obligation or responsibility on behalf of, any other Partner, without the prior written approval of such other Partner. No Limited Partner shall, in any event, have any authority whatsoever to act for or assume any responsibility on behalf of the Partnership.
