LIMITATION OF COMMISSION OBLIGATIONS DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS. A. COMMISSION’S payment obligations pursuant to this Contract are payable solely from funds appropriated by COMMISSION for the purpose of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall have no recourse to any other funds allocated to or by COMMISSION. CONTRACTOR acknowledges that the funding for this Contract is limited to the term of the Contract only, with no future funding promised or guaranteed.
