- Limitation of Employer's Obligation. While this Plan remains in effect, the Employer's obligation shall be limited to making the Tax Sheltered Product purchases provided for under the Plan. The Employer shall in no event be responsible for, or guarantor of, the payment of any benefit or other amount due under the Tax Sheltered Products purchased pursuant to this Plan.
