Common use of Limitation of Liabilities and Services Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Liabilities and Services. You shall use the Card and the Services in accordance with local and federal law. GTA shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by you resulting from the failure by you to do so. You shall indemnify GTA from any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) and expenses suffered or incurred by GTA as a result of or arising from the misuse or wrongful usage of the Card.
