Wireless Local Number Portability. Wireless Local Number Portability (WLNP) is a method by which a subscriber may change service providers and/or service but retain and transfer their local telephone number. FCC Report and Order 95-116 mandated the implementation of Local Number Portability - Service Provider Portability (LNP- SPP) for both Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) providers. BellSouth will provide access to the PNP database at rates, terms and conditions as set forth on BellSouth's website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/products/wireless/wlnp/index.html.

You will not be able to transfer your number if your account has been disconnected for any reason. If you are porting a prepaid account, your prepaid account must not be expired. You still remain liable for all charges incurred resulting from your wireless service with us or your wireless service with your former wireless carrier. This includes, but not limited to: cancellation fees; monthly access fees; overages; long distance; and all other expenses associated with your wireless service.   • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.

  • Omnibus Transparency Services Upon request of the Fund, the Transfer Agent shall carry out certain information requests, analyses and reporting services in support of the Fund’s obligations under Rule 22c-2(a)(2). The parties will agree to such services and terms as stated in the attached schedule (“Schedule 1.1(y)” entitled “Omnibus Transparency Services”) that may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the parties.

PNC may also ask (and may have already asked) for additional identifying information, and PNC may take steps (and may have already taken steps) to verify the authenticity and accuracy of these data elements.
