Limitation of Liability of SABINE. In no case shall the liability of SABINE to Customer arising out of, relating to, or connected with an Event under this Agreement exceed three (3) times the Reservation Fee; provided, however, that the foregoing limitation shall not apply to Liabilities caused by the Gross Negligence/Willful Misconduct of SABINE.
