Limitation of Liens on Collateral. Borrower will not create, permit or suffer to exist, and will defend the Collateral against and take such other action as is necessary to remove any lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or right, in or to the Collateral, and will defend the right, title and interest of Lender in and to any of Borrower's rights under the Licenses and to the Proceeds thereof against the claims and demands of all persons whomever.
Limitation of Liens on Collateral. The Pledgor will not create, incur or permit to exist, will defend the Collateral against, and will take such other action as is necessary to remove, any Lien or claim on or to the Collateral, other than the Bank Liens created hereby and other than as permitted pursuant to the Loan Agreement, and will defend the right, title and interest of the Secured Party in and to any of the Collateral against the claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.

Styrochem will not --------------------------------- create, or suffer to exist, and will defend the Collateral against and take such other action as is necessary to remove any lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or right, in or to the Collateral, and will defend the right, title and interest of Agent in and to any of Styrochem's rights under the Licenses and to the Proceeds thereof against the claims and demands of all persons whomever.
Limitation of Liens on Collateral. The Debtor will not create, incur or permit to exist, will defend the Collateral against, and will take such other action as is necessary to remove, any lien or claim on or to the Collateral, other than the security interests and liens created hereby and those on the Mortgaged Property in favor of the Secured Party and Newton, and will defend the right, title and interest of the Sexxxxx Party in and to any of the Collateral against the claims and demands of all Persons whomsoever.

Grantor will not create, permit or suffer to exist, and will defend the Collateral against and take such other action as is necessary to remove any lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or right, in or to the Collateral, and will defend the right, title and interest of Lender in and to any of Grantor's rights under any License and to the Proceeds thereof against the claims and demands of all persons whomever.
Limitation of Liens on Collateral. Obligor will not create, permit or suffer to exist, and will defend the Collateral against and take such other action as is necessary to remove any lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or right, in or to the Collateral other than Permitted Liens.
Limitation of Liens on Collateral. Excepted for Permitted Liens, Borrower will take such action as is necessary to remove any Lien in or to the Collateral, and will cooperate with Lender to enforce the right, title and interest of Lender in and to any of Borrower’s rights under any License and to the Proceeds thereof.
Limitation of Liens on Collateral. You will not create, permit or suffer to exist, and will defend the Collateral against and take such other action as is necessary to remove, any lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or right, in or to the Collateral, except for Permitted Encumbrances and will defend our right, title and interest in and to any of your rights under the Licenses and to the Proceeds thereof against the claims and demands of all persons whomsoever; provided however, that you shall advise us promptly, in writing and in detail satisfactory to us, (i) of any lien, or claim made or asserted against any of the Collateral, (ii) of any change in the composition of the Collateral, and (iii) of the occurrence of any other event which would have an adverse effect on the aggregate value of the Collateral or on the security interest created hereunder.
Limitation of Liens on Collateral. WinCup will not create, --------------------------------- permit or suffer to exist, and will defend the Collateral against and take such other action as is necessary to remove any lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or right, in or to the Collateral, and will defend the right, title and interest of Agent in and to any of WinCup's rights under the Licenses and to the Proceeds thereof against the claims and demands of all persons whomever.
