Common use of LIMITATION OF RIGHT TO AMENDMENT Clause in Contracts

LIMITATION OF RIGHT TO AMENDMENT. No amendment may be adopted which will alter the basic principles of this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, be in conflict with the Collective Bargaining Agreements with the Local Unions, be contrary to the laws governing trust funds of this nature, or be contrary to any agreements entered into by the Trustees.
