Limitation of Rights to Parties and Certificate Owners. Nothing in this Indenture or in the Certificates expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to give any person other than the Board, the Trustee and the Owners of the Certificates, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture or any covenant, condition or provision hereof; and all such covenants, conditions and provisions are and shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Board, the Trustee and the Owners.
