Limitation of Royalty Reductions. In no event (as result of either or both of the royalty reductions allowable under Section 6.4.3 and/or 6.4.4) shall the total amount of royalties owed with respect to any Licensed Product in any calendar quarter be reduced by more than [***] percent ([***]%) of the royalty rates in Section 6.4.1.
