In interpreting the indemnification and waiver of liability provisions in Sections 11.1 and 11.2, the Parties intend that these provisions shall not apply in instances in which the Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operator is not acting pursuant to the direction of SPP pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
