Limitation on Use. COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall use each student education record that he or she may receive pursuant to this CCAP Agreement solely for a purpose(s) consistent with his or her authority to access that information pursuant to Federal and State law, as may be as applicable. (34 C.F.R. § 99.31, 34 C.F.R. § 99.34, and Education Code § 49076.)
Limitation on Use. Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use specified in Section N of the Summary. There shall not be any change in use without the prior written consent of Landlord which will not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall not do anything in or about the Premises which will (i) cause structural injury to the Building, or (ii) cause damage to any part of the Building except to the extent reasonably necessary for the installation of Tenant’s Trade Fixtures and Tenant’s Alterations, and then only in a manner which has been first approved by Landlord in writing. Tenant shall not operate any equipment within the Premises which will (i) materially damage the Building or the Common Area, (ii) overload existing electrical systems or other mechanical equipment servicing the Building, (iii) impair the efficient operation of the sprinkler system or the heating, ventilating or air conditioning (“HVAC”) equipment within or servicing the Building, or (iv) damage, overload or corrode the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall not attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, roof, walls or columns of the Building or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such items are designed nor operate hard wheel forklifts within the Premises. Any dust, fumes, or waste products generated by Tenant’s use of the Premises shall be contained and disposed so that they do not (i) create an unreasonable fire or health hazard, (ii) damage the Premises, or (iii) result in the violation of any Law. Except as approved by Landlord, Tenant shall not change the exterior of the Building or install any equipment or antennas on or make any penetrations of the exterior or roof of the Building. Tenant shall not commit any waste in or about the Premises, and Tenant shall keep the Premises in a neat, clean, attractive and orderly condition, free of any nuisances. If Landlord designates a standard window covering for use throughout the Building, Tenant shall use this standard window covering to cover all windows in the Premises. Tenant shall not conduct on any portion of the Premises or the Project any sale of any kind, including any public or private auction, fire sale, going-out-of-business sale, distress sale or other liquidation sale.

CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and LPS shall use each student education record that is collected pursuant to this CCAP Agreement solely for a purpose(s) consistent with CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and LPS authority to access that information pursuant to Federal and State law, as may be as applicable. (34 C.F.R. § 99.31, 34 C.F.R. § 99.34, and Education Code § 49076.)
Limitation on Use. Tenant shall use the Premises only for ----------------- the Permitted Use stated in the Schedule. Tenant shall not allow any use of the Premises which will negatively affect the cost of coverage of Landlord's insurance on the Project. Tenant shall not allow any inflammable or explosive liquids or materials to be kept on the Premises. Tenant shall not allow any use of the Premises which would cause the value or utility of any part of the Premises to diminish or would unreasonably interfere with any other tenant or with the operation of the Project by Landlord. Tenant shall not permit any nuisance or waste upon the Premises, or allow any offensive noise or odor in or around the Premises. At the end of each business day, or more frequently if necessary, Tenant shall deposit all garbage and other trash (excluding any inflammable, explosive and/or hazardous materials) in trash bins or containers approved by Landlord in locations designated by Landlord from time to time. If any governmental authority shall deem the Premises to be a "place of public accommodation" under the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other comparable law as a result of Tenant's use, Tenant shall either modify its use to cause such authority to rescind its designation or be responsible for any alterations, structural or otherwise, required to be made to the Building or the Premises under such laws; provided that Tenant shall have no obligation to make any alterations to rectify any non-compliance matter which existed as of the Commencement Date.
Limitation on Use. Licensee and Permittees shall use the Licensed Area for the Permitted Use only. Licensee shall not permit or suffer any other use of the Licensed Area or any part thereof by parties or persons other than Permittees, or provide the System for the use by parties or persons other than Permittees without first obtaining the Judicial Council’s prior written consent. No change or Alteration to the Licensed Area, System, or Permitted Use may be made by Licensee without the prior written approval of the Judicial Council and the SPWB.
Limitation on Use. You agree that You may utilize the UPS Locator Plug-In for UPS Access Point Locations only in support of or in response to a customer-generated request for manifest information for Tendered Shipments. You must discard any location information returned by the UPS Locator Plug-In for UPS Access Point Locations upon completion of each remote communication session with Your customer.
Limitation on Use. Purchaser shall use the Evaluation Material solely for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of the Property for purchase and the preparation of a bid for such purchase and for no other purpose.
Limitation on Use. A sound track or recording made hereunder shall not be used or dealt with for any purpose whatsoever except to accompany or to be part of the commercial announcement(s) and or version(s) for which such sound track or recording was contracted for as per the rules of this agreement.
Limitation on Use. Employees may not use more than three times their annual rate of accrual in any calendar year period provided, however, that the Chief may grant exceptions to this limitation.
Limitation on Use. 1. The Requesting Party shall not use any information or evidence obtained under this Treaty in any investigation, prosecution or proceeding other than that described in the request without the prior consent of the Requested Party.
