LIMITATION OF UNIVERSITY LIABILITY. The University is not liable for damage to or loss of personal property, or failure or interruption of utilities. The University's insurance provides liability coverage for damages or injuries caused by negligence by the University or its employees while working within the scope of their employment. The University will not reimburse students for losses created by unforeseen events, accidents, injuries or theft that may occur. Students are encouraged to review their family homeowner’s insurance policy or to carry personal renter’s insurance.
