Common use of Limitation on Agreements Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Agreements. The amendments set forth herein are limited in scope as described herein and shall not be deemed (a) to be a consent under, or waiver of, any other term or condition of the Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, or (b) to prejudice any right or rights which the Lender now has or may have in the future under, or in connection with the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Agreement, the other Loan Documents or any of the documents referred to herein or therein.
