Limitation on Availability. The registration rights set forth in Section 2 shall not be exercisable unless Buyer is at the time permitted to sell Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 4.3 of the Stockholders Agreement and the registration rights set forth in this Section 3 shall not be exercisable unless Buyer is at the time permitted to sell Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 4.3 or 5.2 of the Stockholders Agreement.
Limitation on Availability of Services We are a member of NYCE and Cirrus networks and the Sum and Allpoint Programs and all of the transactions described in sections 5) and 6) above may not be available at all ATMs or POS terminals where You can use Your Card may apply.
