Limitation on Blackout Periods. No single Blackout Period can extend beyond ninety (90) consecutive calendar days, and the total number calendar days in all Blackout Periods cannot exceed an aggregate of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days (whether or not consecutive) in any period of twelve (12) full calendar months.
