Common use of Limitation on Contractor Remedies Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Contractor Remedies. Except as otherwise provided herein, in the event of any alleged breach of this Contract by Owner other than for nonpayment as set forth in Section 25.4 above, Contractor shall provide Owner written notice describing the alleged breach and thirty (30) days opportunity to cure the same, as a condition precedent to exercising any remedies to which Contractor is entitled at law or in equity with respect thereto.
