Limitation on Export. Buyer agrees that it will not export, re-export, resell, ship or divert directly or indirectly any Bloom System in any form or technical data or Software furnished hereunder to any country prohibited by the United States government or any Government Authority, or for which an export license or other governmental approval is required, without first obtaining such license or approval.
