LIMITATION ON EXTENSIONS. In the absence of extraordinary circumstances, the AAA may grant a party no more than one seven (7) business-day extension of the time in which to respond to a demand for arbitration or counterclaim as provided in Section F-3. In extraordinary instances, the AAA or the arbitrators may grant an additional extension.
