Common use of Limitation on Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Force Majeure. Any provision hereof to the contrary notwithstanding, in no event shall any event of Force Majeure, or the cumulative effect of all events of Force Majeure, allow Requisitions to be submitted after, or cause the Term of this Agreement to be extended beyond, the day before the thirtieth (30th) anniversary of the Effective Date.
