Limitation On Liability for Delivery Service. The Company does not guarantee continuous, regular and uninterrupted supply of service. Without limiting the Company's rights, the Company may, without liability, disconnect, curtail, interrupt or reduce service to the Supplier and the Supplier’s Customers pursuant to Section 15.1. The Company shall have the same duties and limitations on liability for distribution service to Supplier and its customers as to those customers receiving electric energy and capacity from the Company. The Company shall not be liable to the Supplier for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from any such disconnection, curtailment, interruption or reduction.
