Commencement and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall commence immediately upon execution hereof by all parties and shall continue in force until the consummation or termination of the Stock Offering and mutual-to-stock conversion or the termination of this Agreement. This Agreement may only be terminated by the Company for cause due to action by the Agent constituting a material violation of applicable law or a material breach of this Agreement, which breach remains uncured for ten (10) business days after written notice of such breach is delivered by the Company to the Agent. This Agreement may only be terminated by the Agent in the event of: one or more of the following: (i) termination of the separate agreement designating the Agent as conversion advisor and marketing agent related to the mutual-to-stock conversion and related Stock Offering; (ii) circumstances described in Section 1 j.) hereof; (iii) action by the Company constituting a material violation of applicable law or a material breach of this Agreement (including as described in Section 1 a.) hereof) or failure to pay the fees and expenses of the Agent) which breach remains uncured for ten (10) business days after written notice of breach is delivered by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx to the Company or (iv) any proceeding in bankruptcy, reorganization, rehabilitation, guaranty fund action, receivership or insolvency is commenced by or against the Company, the Company shall become insolvent, or cease paying its obligations as they become due.
Commencement and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon the date first written above. The obligations of each party set out in the preceding paragraphs above shall survive the termination of the Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, each party agrees that any agreement executed between them as a result of these discussions shall incorporate the confidentiality provisions contained herein, and this Agreement shall be deemed to continue in full force and effect during all terms of such subsequent agreement.
Commencement and Termination of Agreement. Notwithstanding the date upon which this Agreement is signed, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the 01st day of January 2020, and shall conclude on the earlier of (i) or (ii) the date that the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 comes into force.

Commencement and Termination of Agreement. The work is of a continuing nature and will be in force as of the date of this AGREEMENT. The DEPARTMENT may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time upon not less than sixty (60) days written notice to the AGENCY with or without cause. The AGENCY may terminate this AGREEMENT or Task Assignment at any time provided that the AGENCY reimburses the DEPARTMENT for all direct and indirect costs incurred to date. This AGREEMENT shall terminate five years from the date of execution hereof unless otherwise terminated or unless extended in writing signed by both parties. Upon termination of this AGREEMENT, the DEPARTMENT will turn over to the AGENCY all records including appraisal and appraisal review reports, acquisition, relocation assistance, and property management records pertinent to the work performed by the DEPARTMENT.
Commencement and Termination of Agreement.
(a) This Agreement operates from the date of lodgement and remains in force for a period of twelve months from that date unless replaced, varied or terminated in accordance with the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), as varied.
(b) It is agreed between the parties to this Agreement that renegotiation of a replacement Agreement will commence three months prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
Commencement and Termination of Agreement. 10.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue in full force and effect for as long as the User has the right for the User’s Connection Plant and Apparatus to remain connected under the Connection Agreement unless otherwise terminated in accordance with clause 6.2, clause 9.2, or clause 10.2 of this Agreement.
10.2 The User may terminate this Agreement by giving notice of termination in accordance with the Connection Agreement or such lesser period as SONI may agree.
10.3 Upon termination of this Agreement in accordance with clause 6.2, clause 9.2, clause 10.1 or clause 10.2, SONI shall have the right to terminate the Connection Agreement.
10.4 Upon termination of this Agreement in accordance with clause 6.2, clause 9.2, clause 10.1 or clause 10.2 the User shall pay to SONI all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by XXXX in terminating the connection.
Commencement and Termination of Agreement. 4.1 This Agreement shall take effect upon being executed by the parties and shall be terminated, except as otherwise provided herein, upon the earlier of the mutual consent of the parties; or three hundred sixty (360) days after final payment has been made to the contractor and reimbursements, if any, made to the COUNTY.

10.2 The User may terminate this Agreement by giving notice of termination in accordance with the Connection Agreement or such lesser period as SONI may agree.
10.3 Upon termination of this Agreement the User shall pay to SONI all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by XXXX in terminating the connection.
