Limitation on Liability of Directors, Officers, Employees and Agents of Mortgage Lender. No director, officer, employee or agent of the Mortgage Lender shall be under any personal liability to the Authority, the Trustee, the Servicer, or the Bondholders for any action taken (or for refraining from the taking of any action) in good faith pursuant hereto, or for errors in judgment.
