LIMITATION ON LIFE INSURANCE PROTECTION. The Trustee will not continue any life insurance protection for any Participant beyond his annuity starting date (as defined in Article VI). If the Trustee holds any incidental benefit insurance contract(s) for the benefit of a Participant when he terminates his employment (other than by reason of death), the Trustee must proceed as follows:
