Limitation on Modification. ArriVent shall not conduct, nor shall it assist others in conducting, without Aarvik’s prior written consent, any form of (a) reverse engineering or component breakdown for the purpose of evaluating or utilizing the Aarvik IP or the Collaboration IP for any purpose other than as contemplated in this Agreement, or (b) modification of the antibody sequence other than modifications necessary for linker conjugation (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be considered a Compound hereunder).
