The Apparel Obligors will not enter into, suffer to exist or become or remain subject to any agreement or instrument to which such Person is a party or by which such Person or any property of such Person (now owned or hereafter acquired) may be subject or bound, except for the Loan Documents, that would prohibit or restrict in any manner (directly or indirectly and including by way of covenant representation or warranty or event of default), or require the consent of any Person to, any amendment to, or waiver or consent to departure from the terms of, any of the Loan Documents.
