LIMITATION ON PAYMENT; TERMINATION BY OWNER. In the event of such termination by the Owner, the amount payable to the Construction Manager pursuant to Section 14.2 of the General Conditions shall not exceed the amount the Construction Manager would have been entitled to receive pursuant to Sections 10.1.B and 10.1.C of this Agreement.
