Limitation on Power of Attorney. Each of the Purchaser and the Bond Trustee may exercise its respective rights under the power of attorney provided in Section 7.5 only with respect to the Purchased Assets assigned and sold to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement and after the occurrence of an event described in Section 7.1(a) of this Agreement.
