Limitation on Publication. Criteria Architect must not publish or submit for publication any article, press release, or other writing relating to the Criteria Architect’s Services for the Judicial Council without prior review and written permission by the Judicial Council. The Judicial Council endeavor to review any request for publication within thirty (30) days of submission to the Project Manager and, if permission is denied, the Judicial Council will provide its reasons for denial in writing.
