Limitation on Purchases from Affiliates. Other than pursuant to the Sale Agreement or with respect to assets acquired from other special purpose vehicles, such Loan Party shall not purchase any asset from any other Loan Party, the Equityholder or the Servicer or any Affiliate of any Loan Party, the Equityholder or the Servicer.
