Administration and Management of Collateral Obligations. SECTION 1.1. Retention and Termination of the Servicer. The servicing, administering and collection of the Collateral Obligations shall be conducted by the Person designated as Servicer from time to time in accordance with this Section 7.1. Subject to early termination due to the occurrence of a Servicer Event of Default or as otherwise provided below in this Article VII (subject to Section 13.3(b)), the Borrower hereby designates the Equityholder, and the Equityholder hereby agrees to serve, as Servicer until the termination of this Agreement.
