Limitation on Pyramid Freight. Under this Section 23.32 the liability of Pyramid Freight BVI is limited to the aggregate amount generated from any of its assets not located in South Africa. Notwithstanding any term of this Section 23.32, nothing in this Section will result in Pyramid Freight, South Africa being liable to apply assets located in South Africa in respect of this Agreement.
