Common use of Limitation on Release Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Release. The foregoing provision respecting release to the Trustee or its designee (which may be the Master Servicer) of the Custodial Files or documents by the Custodian shall be operative only to the extent that the Custodian shall not have released to the Trustee or its designee (which may be the Master Servicer) Custodial Files or documents (including those requested) pertaining to more than fifteen (15) Mortgage Loans at the time. Any additional Custodial Files or documents requested to be released to the Trustee or its designee (which may be the Master Servicer) may be released upon written authorization of the Trustee or its designee (which may be the Master Servicer). The limitations of this paragraph shall not apply to the release of Custodial Files under Section 9 below.
