Limitation on Representations and Warranties by Seller. (a) Except as and to the extent expressly set forth in this Agreement, included on any Schedule or in any Exhibit or included in any writing delivered by Sellers and/or the Company to Buyer currently herewith or subsequent hereto expressly pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, Sellers make no other representation or warranty and disclaim all liability and responsibility for any representation, warranty, statement or information (financial or otherwise) made or communicated (orally or in writing) to Buyer or any of its affiliates or representatives. In particular, Sellers make no representation or warranty to Buyer with respect to any information set forth in the Confidential Descriptive Memorandum, dated April 8, 1998, or the accuracy thereof.
