Limitation on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly. Customer may not, and may not permit any employee or third party to, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or disassemble the Software, or otherwise determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques used or embodied in the Software, except and only to the extent that applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation, expressly permits such activity.
