Common use of Limitation on Rights of SubCo Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Rights of SubCo. Except to the extent required by Applicable Law and notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, SubCo shall not have any voting or approval rights but shall have the right, but not the obligation, to attend meetings of the Company Members (but, for the sake of clarity, shall not have the right to elect Directors, members of the Nominating Committee or members of the Member Nominating Committee).
