Limitation on Role of Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator. Nothing contained herein shall result in the Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator acting as or being held to be a trustee or custodian as these terms are defined by the Internal Revenue Code and/or applicable state law. Any provision of this Agreement that causes the Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator to be held to be a trustee or custodian as defined above shall be null and void.
