Except as provided under “Mandatory Tender Upon a Change in the Determination Method,” “Mandatory Tender at Beginning of a New Long-Term Interest Rate Period” and “Mandatory Tender on Each Interest Payment Date During Commercial Paper Mode,” no Bonds may be tendered while they bear interest at a Commercial Paper Rate, Auction Period Rate or a Long-Term Interest Rate.
