Common use of Limitation on the Lessor's Duties Clause in Contracts

Limitation on the Lessor's Duties. The Lessor shall be under no duty to solicit bids, to inquire into the efforts of the Lessee to obtain bids or otherwise to take any action in connection with any such sale other than to transfer to the purchaser named in the highest cash bid (determined as described in Section 10.01(b) above) as referred to above (or to such purchaser and to the Lessee, as the case may be), without recourse or warranty (except as to the absence of Lessor's Liens), all of the Lessor's right, title and interest in and to the Aircraft, against receipt by the Lessor of the payments provided for.
