Limitation on Transfer of International Purchase Obligations. NFRRC acknowledges and agrees that the rights pursuant to the International Purchase Obligations are personal to NFC, and only the proceeds of such rights have been assigned to NFRRC. NFRRC is not and is not intended to be a third-party beneficiary of such rights and, accordingly, such rights will not be exercisable by, enforceable by or for the benefit of, or preserved for the benefit of, NFRRC, the Issuer, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee.
