Limitation on University Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE UNIVERSITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, LOST PROFITS OR LIKE EXPECTANCY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS ORDER. THE UNIVERSITY’S TOTAL OBLIGATION UNDER THIS ORDER IS SET FORTH IN THE “TOTAL” FIELD SET FORTH ON THE FACE OF THIS ORDER.
