Common use of Limitation on Use Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Use. CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD shall use each student education record that is collected pursuant to this CCAP Agreement solely for a purpose(s) consistent with CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD authority to access that information pursuant to Federal and State law, as may be as applicable. (34 C.F.R. § 99.31, 34 C.F.R. § 99.34, and Education Code § 49076.)

Limitation on Use. CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD LPS shall use each student education record that is collected pursuant to this CCAP Agreement solely for a purpose(s) consistent with CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD LPS authority to access that information pursuant to Federal and State law, as may be as applicable. (34 C.F.R. § 99.31, 34 C.F.R. § 99.34, and Education Code § 49076.)

CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD FIVE KEYS shall use each student education record that is collected pursuant to this CCAP Agreement solely for a purpose(s) consistent with CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD FIVE KEYS authority to access that information pursuant to Federal and State law, as may be as applicable. (34 C.F.R. § 99.31, 34 C.F.R. § 99.34, and Education Code § 49076.)

CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD CVUSD shall use each student education record that is collected pursuant to this CCAP Agreement solely for a purpose(s) consistent with CLPCCD, Xxxxxx College and HUSD CVUSD authority to access that information pursuant to Federal and State law, as may be as applicable.
